IMMEDIATE START\n\n360 Connections Group Ltd are leaders in the placement of industrial personnel.\n\nWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our clients dynamic team.\n\nThe successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Handling goods efficiently, including loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers\n\n * Managing stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory records\n\n * Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch, ensuring quality standards are met\n\n * Organising stock storage areas, replenishing shelves, and maintaining a tidy workspace\n\n * Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and labelling\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n * Proven experience in within a warehouse setting\n\n * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock control and order processing\n\n * Experience in picking & packing items efficiently while maintaining accuracy\n\n * Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout shifts\n\n * Good organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks\n\nPay & Benefits\n\n * £12.71 per hour\n\n * Full time role\n\n * 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Hols)\n\n * Pension after qualifying period/criteria\n\nThis role is ideal for individuals seeking a hands-on position within logistics or warehousing, apply now
