Sales Manager

Job Description

Sales Manager Opportunity required to join a fast-growing international business which is expanding. You will help scale our commercial fast-food equipment, franchise systems, and branded food solutions across the UK and beyond.


£40,000 plus commission – OTE £55,000 to £65,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business across QSR operators, franchise partners, and foodservice groups
  • Building and managing strong client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities in sectors like petrol forecourts, convenience retail, and leisure venues
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Representing the business at trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and lead generation
  • Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (foodservice, franchise, or equipment preferred)
  • Strong track record of achieving targets
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Self-starter with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling when needed
  • CRM experience is a plus
