A close, collaborative working relationship with the Head Chef is essential to ensure a seamless and consistent guest journey across both food and wine.\n\nOverseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure consistently high service standards\nLeading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team\nManaging reservations, guest relations, and service flow\nWorking closely with the Head Chef to align service, menus, and the overall guest experience\nDemonstrating a strong passion for wine and confidently guiding guests through the wine list\nEnsuring the wine offering is delivered to a high standard, including thoughtful pairings and upselling\nMaintaining service standards aligned with Michelin and rosette-level expectations\nEnsuring health & safety and licensing compliance\nMaintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venueThe ideal candidate:\n\nYou will have previous experience managing a high-quality restaurant, ideally within a Michelin-recognised or rosette-awarded environment.
