Our client, an award winning global organisation are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. The responsibility is to assist the Payroll Specialist and HR team in delivering a timely payroll & benefits service\n\nResponsibilities will include: \n\nProviding relevant information to external auditors as required for payroll auditing processes.\nProviding reliable management reporting on Payroll.\nResponding to employee queries in relation to their payroll and provide them with accurate and timely information.\nAssisting the payroll specialist in preparing and submitting the payroll and benefits information to the payroll provider\nAssisting the payroll specialist in delivering an accurate and timely payroll and benefits administration service for UK and Ireland \n\nEssential skills include: \n\nA clear understanding of payroll laws, taxes and PAYE procedures\nStrong verbal communication, including active listening, for accurately answering employee questions\nStrong mathematical skills for calculating taxes and employee wages\nStrong computer literacy skills, including excellent working knowledge of Excel\nSelf-motivated with great organisational skills to meet deadlines \n\nThey are interviewing immediately, please apply if interested.\n\nINDPAYS\n\n51154OCR\n\nThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position
