Oracle HCM / SuccessFactors / Workday / ServiceNow HRSD - Cloud HCM Advisory

Consulting Point Search are representing a top-tier Management Consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a number of individuals into their rapidly expanding "Cloud HCM Advisory & Implementation Practice" to focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday HCM or SuccessFactors HCM consulting services.

You will get involved in Advising clients around Cloud HCM software vendor selection, advising the advantages of Oracle HCM Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD or SuccessFactors HCM Solutions or other on-premise ERP / HCM solutions. You will then get involved in liaising with the Business to design the solution, gather requirements, map the processes and manage the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion or SuccessFactors HCM Solutions.

• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession and SAP Cloud Platform integration)
• Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR and Payroll, Talent Management and Workforce Analytics)
• Workday (Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Recruiting)
• ServiceNow HRSD (Employee Centre, Case and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Journey Accelerator, and Employee Document Management)

You will ideally have experience of a Cloud HCM solution, including either Oracle HCM Fusion, Workday or SuccessFactors or other solutions. Candidates who are already Certified in Oracle HCM Fusion, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday or SuccessFactors would be highly desirable. Any qualifications such as CIPD are also desirable.
