Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:

• Carry out a broad range of repairs and maintenance across both occupied and void properties.
• Diagnose faults accurately and aim to resolve issues on the first visit, ensuring all work is completed within target timescales and to a high standard.
• Undertake testing, surveys and inspections where required, providing clear and detailed reports for pre- and post-work approvals.
• Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support and deliver larger or more complex jobs.

Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
