This is a sales-driven, commercially focused role where you will buy and sell IT hardware components globally.

You’ll be working with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, sourcing stock and negotiating deals.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who is:\n\n * Looking to break into IT / technology sales\n\n * Or already has experience in IT distribution or hardware sales and wants to take the next step\n\nFull training is provided.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Buying and selling IT / computer components globally\n\n * Building relationships with suppliers and customers\n\n * Identifying new business opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts\n\n * Negotiating pricing, stock, and delivery terms\n\n * Working in a fast-paced brokerage environment\n\n * Helping source hard-to-find components in global markets\n\nAbout You\n\nThe company are open on background, with attitude and commercial drive mattering most.\n\nHowever, you will ideally have:\n\n * Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n\n * A commercial mindset and willingness to learn\n\n * Interest in IT, technology, or sales environments\n\n * Confidence working in a fast-moving, deal-driven role\n\nBonus (not essential):\n\n * Experience in IT distribution, hardware sales, or tech reselling\n\n * Background in B2B sales, account management, or procurement\n\nWhat They Offer\n\n * Competitive Basic Salary\n\n * £75,000 realistic OTE in year one\n\n * Individual performance bonus scheme\n\n * Group bonus opportunities once established\n\n * Full training and ongoing support\n\n * Flexible working hours (office-based role)\n\n * Long-term perks including electric company car scheme and private healthcare\n\n * Friendly, relaxed, non-corporate culture\n\n * Open-plan office and supportive team environment\n\nWhy Join Them?\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to join a well-established brokerage team with over 60 years combined industry experience.
