Join a Leading Consultancy as a Dual-Discipline Expert in Fire and Health & Safety!\n\nWe're proud to be supporting a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy in their search for a Fire Risk & Safety Consultant!\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and technically skilled professional to step into a hybrid role, delivering expert fire safety and health & safety consultancy to a wide client base across various sectors.\n\nAs a key member of the consultancy team, you'll take on a dual role with a strong focus on Fire Risk Assessment while also providing general health & safety support and guidance. You'll work closely with clients to ensure their compliance, safety, and peace of mind, all while building meaningful, long-term relationships.\n\nDay to Day\n\nConduct fire risk assessments to the highest technical standard across a range of premises\nDeliver health & safety consultancy services, both on-site and remotely\nProduce comprehensive reports, fire safety management systems, and client documentation\nSupport and guide clients on best practice, compliance, and legislation changes\nLiaise with enforcement authorities (Fire & Rescue Services, HSE, etc.) on clients' behalf\nAssist with incident investigations and crisis response support where needed\nContribute to internal quality assurance, mentoring, and development of tools and training\nHelp maintain BAFE standards and contribute to technical updates and guidance content \n\nYOU?\n\nProven experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments\nStrong technical knowledge in both fire safety and health & safety\nLevel 3 qualification in Fire Safety (minimum); Diploma or equivalent preferred\nRecognised membership or accreditation with a professional fire safety body (desirable)\nPractical problem solver with excellent client-facing and communication skills\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines\nComfortable working across a hybrid model: from home, on-site, and occasionally from the Manchester office \n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\nInclusive company-wide profit share scheme - BONUS\nCar allowance of £6,000 or a NEW EV company car.\nFlexible field-based, remote/home working.\nGenerous holiday package: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service, plus your birthday off.\nChristmas bonus after qualifying period.\nMedicash Plan.\nExciting social events.\nPension Scheme.\nPrivate health insurance after the qualifying period. \n\nReady to make a real impact in the world of fire and health & safety consultancy?\n\n51607CCR\n\nINDFIR\n\nThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position
