This is a permanent float Executive Assistant position, supporting senior Managing Directors, Partners, and their teams across the Private Equity and Growth platforms. This is a classic, senior-level EA role requiring confidence, resilience, and adaptability. Responsibilities will include:

• Complex and ever-changing diary management for senior MDs and Partners
\n\t
• Extensive international travel coordination, often across multiple time zones
\n\t
• Scheduling and managing meetings globally, including last-minute changes
\n\t
• Acting as a trusted point of support to senior stakeholders and their teams
\n\t
• Seamlessly integrating into different teams and working styles as part of the float function
\n

You will be a polished and proactive Executive Assistant with:

• Proven experience supporting senior leadership within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment
\n\t
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly
\n\t
• Confidence working with demanding diaries and international travel schedules
\n\t
• Versatility and emotional intelligence to adapt quickly to different personalities and teams
\n\t
• A professional, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
