We are a Living Wage Foundation Recognised Service Provider, accredited to the Inclusive Employers Standard, a Disability Confident Committed employer and a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.\n\nAbout the Role•\tEnsure the safety, security, and wellbeing of spectators, staff, and performers\n\n•\tManage crowd movement and behaviour in accordance with event plans, venue policies, and licensing requirements\n\n•\tMaintain order by enforcing event and ground regulations in a calm, confident, and professional manner\n\n•\tAct promptly and appropriately in response to incidents, emergencies, or potential risks, escalating where necessary\n\n•\tProvide a strong customer focused service, offering clear information, assistance, and reassurance to attendees\n\n•\tMonitor entry, exit, and circulation areas to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe access and egress\n\n•\tWork closely with supervisors, control rooms, emergency services, and fellow team members to ensure seamless event operations\n\n•\tMaintain a highly visible stewarding presence to deter unsafe behaviour and promote a safe environment\n\n•\tAccurately complete incident, accident, and occurrence reports in line with company and event requirements\n\n•\tAlways Represent First Response Group professionally, upholding our reputation for high standards and excellence\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\n•\tSIA Licence\n\n•\tStrong communication skills\n\n•\tA customer focused approach\n\n•\tAbility to work effectively as part of a team\n\n•\tReliable, committed, and punctual\n\n•\tConfident completing incident and accident reports\n\nDesirable (but not essential):\n\n•\tNVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety
