Peterborough\n\nSalary - Negotiable DOE\n\nMonday - Friday days.\n\nYour new role:\n\nBased in Peterborough, you will be joining the UK's leading water/ clean water equipment and processing manufacturing business, who now, due to continued growth, are looking for an Electrical Technician to join their engineering team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.\n\nOffering a range of industry-leading benefits, including private healthcare, a generous holiday allowance and other perks, this is an excellent time to join this fast-expanding company in a hands-on maintenance role!\n\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\n\nInstallation of electrical systems\nWorking with single-phase, three-phase, low-voltage and extra-low voltage electrical circuits\nPreparation and termination of electrical circuits\nTroubleshooting electrical instrumentation and mechanical equipment and presenting technical solutions to address these issues\nTesting electrical systems incorporating PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and relays\nCommissioning of special build equipment, electrically and mechanically\nThis is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.\n\nSkills & Experience required:\n\nCity and Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations or equivalent (mandatory)\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations would be highly beneficial.\nExperience in industrial electrical works\nExperience wiring and fault-finding PLC controlled equipment\nAbility to work alone or within a team environment.\nWhat you need to do now if you're interested in this role:\n\nClick 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV or call us now.
