Your Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Observe, monitor and record childrens development and progress
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support childrens wellbeing and development

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring and reliable approach
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
