Business Development & Account Manager – Waste Services\n\nA growing company within the waste management and recycling sector is looking for a driven Business Development & Account Manager to support continued expansion across commercial waste services.\n\nThe Role\n\n * \n\n Develop new business opportunities across waste and recycling services\n\n * \n\n Manage and grow existing client accounts\n\n * \n\n Prepare quotations and build a strong pipeline\n\n * \n\n Advise customers on improving recycling performance and cost efficiency\n\n * \n\n Ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations\n\n * \n\n Promote health & safety and high service standards\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven sales or account management experience (waste industry preferred)\n\n * \n\n Strong negotiation and closing skills\n\n * \n\n Self-motivated, target-driven and organised\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and relationship-building ability\n\n * \n\n IT literate and commercially aware\n\n * \n\n Understanding of environmental compliance and waste regulations\n\nIf you are ambitious and passionate about delivering sustainable waste solutions, we would like to hear from you
