Assistant Management Accountant\n\nLocation - Regents Park (Hybrid)\n\nSalary - Dependant on experience \n\nA growing and well-established organisation is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join its London-based finance team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business operating across multiple markets, offering broad exposure and the chance to develop within a commercially focused finance function.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis, while playing a key role in month-end processes and financial control. You'll work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, contributing to the effective day-to-day financial management of the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist with month-end close and management reporting\nPrepare journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)\nPerform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations\nReview expenditure and ensure accuracy/compliance\nSupport invoice processing and financial data integrity\nConduct variance analysis and provide commentary\nAssist with VAT returns, audit, and budgeting processes\nAct as a finance contact for business areas \n\nAbout You\n\nPart-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)\nPrevious experience in a similar finance or management accounting role\nGood understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations\nFamiliarity with VAT and financial compliance requirements\nExperience using ERP systems\nStrong Excel skills and attention to detail\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the business \n\nIf you're a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional looking to build your experience in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
