This is not a traditional PA role , it sits at the intersection of intelligent execution, AI fluency, and business judgement.\n\nThe role in a nutshell:\n\nYou will take instructions from the Chief Executive and use Claude to carry them out - drafting, researching, analysing, summarising, writing, and creating outputs across travel content, financial analysis, client communications, and business operations. You will be the bridge between a busy executive and the full capability of modern AI.\n\nDuties:\n\nThe idea that the best results come from a human who brings judgement, context, and expertise working closely with AI. In practice, that means:\n\nAlways bring Claude to the table - every task starts with asking how AI can help\nYou are the human in the loop - you evaluate outputs, correct errors, and take responsibility for quality\nGive context, not just commands - what matters isn't saying the right words; it's giving AI the context a human would need to make good decisions\nAssume the tools will keep improving - treat today's AI as the worst version you'll ever use, and build habits accordinglyYour Skills Needed\n\nSomeone who already uses Claude or ChatGPT daily\nStrong writing skills , you'll be editing and improving AI output, not just accepting it\nOrganised and proactive, able to take a loose brief and deliver a polished result\nHighly proficient with numbers, a large part of this role is financial analysis, reporting and forecasting you will be expected to produce accurate, well-structured outputs with minimal oversight\nAn interest in luxury travel is a bonus, but hunger to learn matters more\nSomeone who picks a task, assigns it to AI, uses their own expertise to evaluate the results, corrects their approach when needed, and knows when to step in and do it themselves \n\nWorking conditions \n\nHybrid - North West London (three days in office)\n\nSalary from £40,000\n\nGreat opportunity\n\nHoliday discounts\n\ninterested please email (url removed) or apply here
